Icon for RicksMinorCharacters

Apologies for the bad quality - the images (drawn by me) were resized so lost a lot of quality.
This is an icon I made for the group . The three characters used in the icon (in case you couldn't tell) are Silena Beauregard, Will Solace and Clarisse la Rue.
I attempted to make this myself on GIMP, importing all of the pictures myself and all that jazz. Problem was, I could understand the process fine (once I found a tutorial that was in plain English), just for some reason whenever I added a new layer there was significant colour loss which pissed me off a little (mainly because I couldn't find anywhere that could explain how to fix it in a way I could understand).
